We ship via FedEx from our studio in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Shipping options are Ground/Home Delivery, 2-Day and Standard Overnight. You will receive a FedEx tracking number via email once your order has shipped. BILLING We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover as payment methods. We are required to collect a 6.5% state sales tax from Minnesota state residents, as our studio is in the state of Minnesota. However, for some Minnesota residents, an additional local and/or transit improvement tax may be added once the order is submitted. We do not charge sales tax on shipping, only on the amount of the merchandise purchased. RETURN POLICY You may return any unopened/unused merchandise within 10 days from the date you received it for either a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. Unique Artistry is not responsible for any returned merchandise that is either lost or damaged in transit. Include a copy of your invoice, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will either send the exchanged merchandise to you, or refund the amount of the merchandise to your original form of payment. You will receive an email letting you know when we receive it as well as a printed receipt in the mail.
